Ron's
Career History
Ron's career has been dedicated to financial services. From
Seattle First National Bank he was recruited by a commercial
equipment finance company. Ron remained in the leasing industry
doing tax oriented equipment financing for sixteen years until
the Federal tax law eliminated the popular ten-percent Investment
Tax Credit program in 1986. When congress established the
regulations for delayed 1031 exchanges
in 1988 Ron made an easy transition to 1031 exchanges (due
to his extensive experience in tax law). Ron helped establish
the Pacific Northwest branch of a national exchange facilitation
company. Ron enjoys structuring the simplest to the most challenging
1031 exchange transactions.
Ron is
a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the University of
Washington. Ron and his wife live in the Fremont area of Seattle,
Washington. [About Us]
