in reverse and improvement exchanges.
Kevin
literally helped write the book on 1031 exchanges, co-authoring
the book. "1031 Real Estate Exchanges." Kevin
is a past Board Member of the Federation of Exchange
Accommodators, the national trade organization for Qualified
Intermediaries, he served on the Ethics and Education
Committees. |
In 1996,
Kevin founded Xchange Solutions and quickly established it
as a nationally recognized industry leader. From 1988 to 1996,
at Starker Services, Kevin developed and expanded the company
to a nation-wide presence.
Kevin
began his career helping private real estate investors develop
their portfolios. Kevin graduated from the University of Houston
