Joseph Difu has been in the 1031 business for over seven years and has served as the
company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing for four years.
Since his arrival at Xchange Solutions, Inc. the company has grown nearly 300% in total sales volume.
A Bay Are native, Joseph grew up in Sunnyvale and Saratoga. After graduating from Saint Francis High School
in Mountain View, he attended the University of San Diego where he earned his degree in Communication Studies
with an advanced minor in Sociology.
Joseph has extensive knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry. He has worked in the title escrow,
mortgage, and appraisal industries, holds a license in real estate since 1996, and is on the Board of the
Califonia Escrow Association.
Joseph is also actively involved with the County of Santa Clara Social Serivces Agency volunteering much of
his spare time as a child advocate for underpriviledged and abused children.
